Agilebot’s official SCARA portfolio includes GBT-S3A, GBT-S6A, GBT-S10A and GBT-S20A. Model selection needs the payload, reach, cycle, object orientation and tooling requirements, rather than a model name alone.
A simple application transfers a component from a tray to an inspection fixture. Operators replenish trays and manage exceptions while a sensor confirms placement before the next process starts.
Test empty trays, inverted parts, dimensional variation and gripping failures. Measure good parts per hour and recovery time as well as cycle time. Scope the robot, fixture, sensors, PLC interfaces, guarding and restart procedure together. A part photo, weight, fixture drawing and takt target make a useful project brief.
