Naïo describes OZ as an electric robot for sowing, making rows, cultivation and weeding. It uses GNSS RTK to follow a work map and offers a range of implements for different jobs.
Start with inter-row weeding on a flat area while staff retain responsibility for sensitive work around plants. Track completed area, weeding quality, crop damage, setup time and operator interventions.
Include GNSS performance under cover, wet soil and row spacing in the acceptance criteria. Battery figures from the manufacturer do not replace field measurement. Compare the robot with existing manual and conventional mechanised methods, then confirm the service and supply arrangements for the proposed site.
